Orangetheory Fitness Easton is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team and help deliver an exceptional experience to every member and guest who walks through our doors. This is a year-round position, and candidates should be available to work beyond the summer and upcoming school breaks.

What You'll Do

Greet everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge
Present the Orangetheory Fitness concept to prospective members
Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service
Give studio tours
Work hand-in-hand with coaches to guide guests through their first Orangetheory experience
Sell memberships and help the studio grow
Follow up with prospective members
Resolve member concerns professionally and positively
Participate in marketing and community outreach events
Help keep the studio clean, organized, and welcoming

Scheduling & Availability

July Training Period

Paid training begins in July
Flexible onboarding schedule based on availability

August Schedule

Regular schedule begins in August
20–30 hours per week
Must be available for a combination of the following shifts:
- Weekday evenings: 3:30 PM–8:00 PM or 4:00 PM–8:15 PM
- Saturdays: 6:30 AM–1:30 PM
- Sundays: 6:30 AM–12:00 PM

About Us

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
